How can I choose the right size?

There's a size chart on every product page.

If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that.

This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and some other local payment systems.

Is it possible to use more than 1 discount code in the same order?

Sadly, no. Due to Shopify's discount system capabilities, orders are limited to 1 discount each.

If you are lucky enough to have a discount code, use It ASAP! We don't do discounts often.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

When you place an order our system always sends a confirmation email.

What is our return policy?

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, request a return through email crossnyc.store@gmail.com by attaching images.

All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.
